website performance tools

So how can we now a website is working how it should.
As far as performance, server settings, code etc…

Well there are lots of tools out there but the best ones I have came across are:
Firefox AddOn Firebug
YSLOW a addon for Firebug
Fiddler (amazing)
IBM page detailer (old but great!)
Google Wbmaster (not sure), must login in gmail plus insert a metag on the website page.

I have also being using stress tools like Visual Studio 2008 Test Load, wcat, etc…
Any other web performance test tools?

You aren’t sure about Google Webmaster Tools because you have to login and add a tag to your web site? Why is that a problem? They have great tools, broken links, search, duplicate content, basically what really matters.
