To hard reset the Motorola Moto G Android 4.4.4
Make sure the phone has over 50% of battery, remove the SIM card
1-Press Volume- and Power for 4 seconds
2-When you see Menu use Volume- to Recovery press Volume+ to select
3-Motorola Logo will appear on the screen , like a reboot
4-Then you should see an Android Bot press Volume+ click on Power and release
5-Volume- untill wipe data/factory reset confirm with Power button
6-Press Volume- go to Yes — delete all user and confirm
7-Volume- to “wipe cache partition” and confirm
8-If it dosen’t auto reboot go to “reboot system now” and confirm
