Well you are looking for a script.
I let you browse to my personal collection of scripts, most of then were written by me.

  • ACTIVE DIRECTORY – generic query AD (VBS)
  • ARCHIVE – logs filling up your server?
  • EXCHANGE – Want to know how are the Top emailers of your domain? Get Mbx information? etc…
  • PATCH CONTROL – Check Hotfix level, compare, store in a access DB.
  • TERMINAL SERVER LOGIN CONTROL – Need to disconnect remote users? Or check who is login in witch server?
  • AD LOGIN LOGOUT CONTROL – Want to know where and what time everyone login/logout, Check out Screenshoot and manual
  • PERL
  • Well just look into my whole PUBLIC scripts repository:
Enjoy it, and feel free to contact with any doubts…

The Active Directory check looks like a very nice script (VBS), but does somebody have it in PERL?
That is something what should be very handy, because a VBS script isn’t supported.

I hope that someone has a PERL script to check the Active Directory
